This is a blend for inflammation and headaches. Available in a 10 ml. or Roller.

Its properties consist of pain relieving, cooling, focus & concentration.

DIFFUSER: a few drops helps the mind to focus and concentrate. Peppermint can be a skin irritant so  always test with one drop. Add to fractionated coconut oil and rub underneath nose to help with focus.

HEADACHE :mix with a few drops of our Fractionated coconut oil and rub into top back base of the neck.

INFLAMMATION: hot and swollen tissue (strains) – gently massage 3 drops to affected area or apply a cold compress

COLD COMPRESS: apply 2-4 drops of the oil blend and
place on swollen tissue (use for headaches, sports injuries, fatigue, overheating

TIRED FEET AND/OR POOR CIRCULATION: place 2 drops on the bottom of your feet and rub in, or make a cold compress and place behind your neck

OVERHEATING: make a cold compress and place behind your neck

BRUISED BONES: place 2 drops on the bottom of your feet
